Mediterranean-Inspired Pizza Bread



Ingredients

For the Bread Base:

  • 1 large baguette or ciabatta loaf (halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup tomato passata or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions



1. Prepare the Bread Base:
